~TCO: Yes I can. It was afternoon, on October 31st.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~TCO: We could not get through the on-line order after a * hr wait a min after tickets available, then * hr wait that night and the scalpers were already selling their tickets so the next morning in desperation we called this number and were able to get our order in about ** minutes. Delays were due to the automation not recognizing our words so had to repeat many times. THANKS!!!

~TCO: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TCO: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TCO: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ticketmaster customers?
~TCO: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
