I guess customer satisfaction does not matter. I will be cancelling due to recent service problems and poor customer service

I have called far too many times with the same issue
I have been inconvenienced and mean nothing when requested a manager call back; more than once. Tonight I found out that I am charged for an installation service when I had called for ongoing problems with pixelation. Now I understand why my neighbors do not have twc. You never heard from me when there wasn't a problem. Now I have been calling for months. I am over this.
