GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-kalexand: I guess customer satisfaction does not matter. I will be cancelling due to recent service problems and poor customer service
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-kalexand: I have called far too many times with the same issue* I have been inconvenienced and mean nothing when requested a manager call back* more than once. Tonight I found out that I am charged for an installation service when I had called for ongoing problems with pixelation. Now I understand why my neighbors do not have twc. You never heard from me when there wasn't a problem. Now I have been calling for months. I am over this.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Time Warner. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Time Warner problem?
GetHuman-kalexand: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-kalexand: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kalexand: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Time Warner customers?
GetHuman-kalexand: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
