GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Time Warner customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Nikirenee: Just know that I would love to say something good about my service with this company to justify why I am paying so much, but I am afraid that I cannot. *Internet service - I am paying for ** mbps and get about **-** mbps. When gaming online the internet lags and causes a pretty frustrating experience. My TV also lags and sometimes kicks me out of Hulu and Netflix.*Cable service - Most all of the TV shows On Demand do not update for a couple of weeks. All websites like ABC, CBS, and NBC require you to login with your TV service login. Time Warner is not listed in any of them. Every night, sometime between the hours of **p.m. and *a.m. the premium and On Demand channels go completely out or do that scrambled thing.**Customer Service - Lets just say you will probably spend ** mins right off the bat trying to get through the automated system. You will be transferred a couple of times. Yesterday I spoke to two people that could not downgrade my cable services. "It would void my package if

~Nikirenee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Nikirenee: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nikirenee: For that I would say four out of five.

~Nikirenee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
