~Char28625: I had to call time warner * times to get someone to disconnect my services. All i wanted to do was disconnect. Everytime i got a live person, it was the wrong dept*person - whatever. Ended up not even having them disconnect my services via the phone. I just took my box into the local office and gave it to them and told them to turn the services off. The automated machine that comes on when you make the initial call is sooooo freaking annoying as well as the customer services reps. Everytime I had to call back I had to give all my info to them over and over on each call. USELESS!!!!!! I HATE TWC!
