~MickeyP: My problem wasn't with the wait time but with the horrific customer service I got when I attempted to cancel my service. The representative talked non-stop about how sorry she was and how much she liked her TWC and how she just couldn't "believe" I had bad service. I told her AT&T had already been here and installed my new service and all I wanted to do was to cancel TWC and all this talk was just frustrating me. Then she got nasty and accused me of being rude. I would rather have a colonoscopy then ever deal with this company again. I was a loyal customer of TWC for *** years, never again. Totally unprofessional conduct from this representative has turned me off forever.
