~beebs: This morning my modem kept rebooting itself every ** seconds...bought it new last year. Called TW...they MADE me set up an appointment for someone to come out, even though it was obviously an issue "upstream". So they robocall THREE times to remind me of appt. Problem "fixes" itself in the meantime. Robocall once more, with message to call ***-***-**** to confirm*cancel. Call that number, immediate hold, and LOUD, BAD midi recording of Beethoven's FurElise comes on. AFter five minutes, I put the phone down and went about my business. ** minutes later it was still on hold. I hung up. PATHETIC. And they wonder why people hate them????

~beebs: For that I would say four out of five.
