~stephon972: Time Warner has given me and my family the worst service we have ever had when it comes to internet and phone service. First and formost we have had the service almsot a year and thankfully we switched back to att today. the service worked fine for about * months of the year and after that i had to repeatedly call customer support because of slow speeds, tech, after tech, after tech came out to my house within the upcoming months the speed got so bad that they decided to upgrade my service to a *.*mbps connection because of all the problems we where having. I will never get twc ever again there customer support is full of people who dont speak english. and its pathetic when my family cant even use the house phone for what it is used for to call someone. If you try and make a call it constantly gets dropped. In total during the course of * months twc has sent over ** techs to my house not including the ones i did not count and they all said the same thing "we have done all we can do"

~stephon972: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~stephon972: For that I would say two out of five.

~stephon972: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
