~KCM: my * star review isnt for time warner itself as i have had nothing but problems. have to call *-* times a week for issues. however this last time Iesha was my representative. she immediately took me from very angry to calm in a matter of seconds. she was warm friendly understanding and most importantly HELPFUL. out of all the calls i have made to twc and all the technicians that have came to my house, she knew more and was most helpful. I was blown away by some of her knowledge as to why all of the issues were happening. she helped to fix a problem IMMEDIATELY and saved me as a twc customer. she is the type of employee that everyone should have in customer relations. sadly people like her are few and far between! thank you Iesha!

~KCM: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KCM: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Time Warner's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KCM: For that I would say one out of five.

~KCM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Time Warner to know who you are.
