GetHuman-278176: I sent an order back because I didn't end up liking any of the clothing. I never received a credit back on my credit card for the returned items. After I realized the package was delivered and I was past the time frame for them to issue me a credit, I emailed them to make sure they received my order. Within three hours I had a response and they expedited my return to the proper departed. By the next day, they had issued me a credit. Even though my return got lost in the shuffle, I was very impressed by how quickly they responded and solved my issues. Thanks Tobi!
