GetHuman-ryannmon: my order will not place.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-ryannmon: I have been waiting for half an hour and my order will not place. It keeps on loading but nothing happens and when I try to exit the screen the loading sign just pops up again. I do not want it to charge me more than once because I have tried switching devices and it still will not place.

GetHuman-ryannmon: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ryannmon: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tobi.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ryannmon: For that I would say three out of five.
