~Dissatisfied in CT: Aguy in Mexico was breeathing HEAVILY, repeatedly ehm, ehming. Bought their VIA ****M SE unit in Walmart for $*** didnt like it as Garmin I used for * years (who died on me at last). Limited number of language (we use foreign languages as a fun to keep us * kids busy during longer trips). Split screen showing exist: overdone. Slow in recalculating directions. STOPPED working ** days after purchase, no power on. Sadsly, was sick, missed ** days return @ WalMart by * days. TomTom doesn't want to REFUND $ ("Only if purchased directly from us"). RIPOFF, never again TomTom. But WalMart didnt have any Garmin that day I need to buy it. Strongly warnuing anyone dealing with this fly-by-night company.

~Dissatisfied in CT: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dissatisfied in CT: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TomTom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dissatisfied in CT: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TomTom customers?
~Dissatisfied in CT: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TomTom to know who you are.
