GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TomTom customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sue: I have lifetime maps but my unit unit doesn't have expandable memory (SD slot) they told me the newer maps take more space then what my unit has. Nothing I can do to fix. Note to self, don't but a GPS without SD card option. Many TomToms don't have this option. May be time to look at Garmin.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TomTom. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TomTom problem?
~Sue: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~Sue: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TomTom customers?
~Sue: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TomTom to know who you are.
