GetHuman-121193: This is the worst customer service department with which I have had to deal in the last several years. I wanted to get a replacement sticker with serial number for my laptop because the one it came with had faded. Noone seemed to know what to do or which department handles this small chore. It has been more than one month, and I am still being moved from one department to another. I will never purchase any Toshiba product again.
