~Disgusted with Toshiba: I was very disappointed. Given the wrong number for the right department and even had me calling the number I just called. Had me on hold several times and after spending over an hour and half finally got through to right department who put me on hold...and then got a recording to leave a message...which I did. And guess what?...you guessed it. Never call back. I am taking the External Hard Drive that took me ** hours to reformat to Best Buy and get a Seagate. Very disappointed with Toshiba.
