~pjrcps: Can't believe in this day and age any company would not honor their product and accept a return of an unused product without charging exorbitant "restocking fees". They advertised a net for my trampoline and I got one that doesn't fit through no fault of my own since I bought the exact model name and number as the manufacturer. Told me to order direct from them next time because they don't carry any net like mine. Plus, having to email them to get a RMA and again to give them a tracking number is a joke. I'm doing all the work and they make more money on something I don't even get to keep! What a joke!
