~MikElikesit: Ordered a pad, springs and jump mat. It took over * weeks to ship and when I had questions about the shipping they only answer email that took * days to respond. After I had problems with my order I had to email my problem. * days later I received a response that asked me for a reply again * DAYS LATER they responded. * weeks later I was still waiting for a refund. They also have very steep "restocking fees" and it doesen't matter if it was you problem or theirs. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO**DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
