~anonymous: I found this to be my worst experience ever with travel arrangements. The Indian agents (with American names interestingly)were difficult at times to understand and they were terrible listeners! As a result I spent ** hours total to get to a very undesirable and unsatisfactory resolution. And, because of the delays, not good listening on the agents' parts, it cost me an extra *$*** and a terrible flight arrangement. Because I initially booked with Travelocity,the airline would not directly deal with the needed changes due to inclement weather and I had to deal with these ***** (sorry, but there is no other way to say it)! And the medical mission is short of staff. Travelocity will NOT be my choice in the future.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Travelocity to know who you are.
