GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Travelocity customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Bertha Rice: I want to change hotels and Travelocity won't subtract the difference in hotel prices. They want to do another whole transaction. I just want to change hotels not flight. They have really been giving me the runaround. I'm begging the Lord to help me to get through to them. All I want to do is move to Stratosphere Hotel intead of Circus Circus Hotel. I want to keep my same flight. Why is that so hard?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Travelocity. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Travelocity problem?
~Bertha Rice: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Bertha Rice: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Bertha Rice: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Travelocity customers?
~Bertha Rice: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Travelocity to know who you are.
