~American Citizen: It is nice to know that travelocity is based in India now. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My thumb was severed off last week and I can not fly. They told me they can not let my son fly for me even if I paid fees.. The tickets I Purchased are useless because they charge a minimum of $***.** per ticket for any ticket purchased to change a date..never the name.. My tickets are now worthless. Thanks corporate India..
