~Dena: I will blame my husband , poor soul, for booking this trip for me. I bought the insurance and hotel. My hotel was bad and my plane was cancelled for next day. No insurance coverage of any kind can be applied. It is rip off. then on my credit card I see that both Travelocity and hotel charged me separately. called them and waited for * hrs before they called me back, called again same thing. They are beyond description.

~Dena: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Dena: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dena: For that I would say five out of five.
