~PG: We used Travelocity to book a hotel for * nights in Milan, en route to celebrate my husband's **th birthday in Switzerland and Lake Garda. Unfortunately, we had an untimely and tragic death of my brother who was only **, which caused us to cancel these bookings. Travelocity was the only company who showed no compassion and refused to refund our money, yet we had been spending tens of thousands of dollars with them every year. Do not use this company, they do not care about their customers

~PG: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PG: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Travelocity's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PG: For that I would say five out of five.
