~Ted E Hardball: I called about a newly purchased (and never used) Troy Bilt Horse riding mower. The deck made a serious grinding noise when the blades were engaged. I was swithched to a technician who just didn't listen and then started talking very loud and became rude. When I said he shouldn't be so angry, he said "it's from taking **** from people like you". I called back and spoke with a "supervisor" who said he was sorry for the tech's conduct. I asked for an address to file a complaint and he said this will be handled internally and that there was no address to complain. What a terrible system. Avoid dealing with them.
