~TerryR: Customer service was great. I called to talk to a Tumi representative about what had happened at one of their stores. I called to complain about the sales person at the Northpark Tumi Store in Dallas, Texas. My daughter had come in last week to purchase an ADDITIONAL gift for my husband. They were out of the travel kits, the salesman told her to come back next week, that he would have four coming in. She came in yesterday and he just looked at her and told her that they had already sold them. He did not even care that she had driven an hour to get there. So I have tried to call and I am being told I have to speak with the store manager, which is probably the same guy.... go figure.**Needless to say we order the item online and it will be here tomorrow.

~TerryR: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tumi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TerryR: For that I would say two out of five.

~TerryR: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Tumi to know who you are.
