An Air shipped package (via UPS)has been in Kathmandu Airport now for * weeks though nobody can seem to find it. The carton was sent by air so that the poor souls in Nepal could have some comfort after the dreadful quake in April. I have been totally unable to find a person in any department with whom I can speak to solve this problem. I paid close to $*** CDN to get the crate to KTM never to be seen again by the recipient. I have travelled your airline before and the service was OK (though not excellent) but this lost crate has me upset and determined not to use the airline again. Please call me URGENTLY.
