~Mastro: It's an Indian call center w no authority. They told me to call ticket office in LA which never answers. So I have to drive an hour to the office to talk to someone.

~Mastro: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Mastro: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
