GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS (UK) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Tim: UPS customer services are in fact totally unable to serve customers, this is because they are in fact a Lithuanian call center who then send a text messages to which ever black hole of a UPS depot your parcel happens to be in. They have zero decision making capability and have no phone link to anyone else in UPS. Which fairly well makes them a none entity of a customer services department.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tim: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS (UK)'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tim: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS (UK) customers?
