GetHuman-324164: I had ordered a home theater system and knew I would be home at the time they usually deliver in my area. Expecting my package I logged in to tracking and an update said the driver attempted to deliver and needed signature, I never heard the truck nor heard the doorbell ring nor was there a delivery attempt notice on my door. I called UPS they were receptive but only offered excuses. I said I was home at the time the driver never came to my door. The Wal-Mart of package delivery, quick, cheap and horrible service.

GetHuman-324164: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-324164: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-324164: For that I would say two out of five.
