GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~UPS SCREW-UPS: UPS won't help with their *****-UPS*UPS places delivery under mailbox on highway, neighbors house, wrong street ect I have a Large, elevated, labeled, Drive up delivery box with address.*They could give instructions on drivers scanners to place deliveries in addressed drive up delivery box. This should cure ***% of there *****-UPS. To do this I would have to pay $** a year to prevent their *****-UPS

~UPS SCREW-UPS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UPS SCREW-UPS: For that I would say five out of five.

~UPS SCREW-UPS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
