GetHuman-wolf_cub: Not delivering packages due to ban on address.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-wolf_cub: It seems they banned delivery to our apartment complex because * years ago a driver was robbed supposedly at gun point. The neighborhood has since changed and there seems to be no one to talk to to get them to reevaluate delivery here. It is also a problem because they have set their computers to automatically say that we request to hold our packages at the facility for pick up when we did no such thing. This also affects when things are sent UPS sure post.

GetHuman-wolf_cub: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-wolf_cub: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-wolf_cub: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
GetHuman-wolf_cub: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
