~rods13_: I had two boxes coming in. But for some reason they only delivered one and the other one which was set to be delivered on the same day cause they were togethe got sent back and is now gonna be delivered a day after. I don't get it I think it ***** that he had it in the truck but now I have to wait even longer.

~rods13_: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rods13_: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rods13_: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~rods13_: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
