~Jack: Yes. It was afternoon, on November 18th.

~Jack: This call center is in India or someplace not in the US. The person refused to help and could not communicate very well. They ended up sending my package back to the store instead of holding it for the recipient to return from vacation. TWICE the work involved for everyone. A big hassle for everyone. A waste of man hours for UPS....and nobody to talk to at UPS except their foreign slaves. They've insulated themselves from the customers. I'm going to insulate myself from UPS in the future.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting UPS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a UPS problem?
~Jack: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jack: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jack: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~Jack: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
