~dushonna54@yahoo.com: the truck is lying about trying to deliver my package. someone was here and I also left a note on my door for the driver, just in case. i know that ups always leave a notice on the door if an attempt was made to deliver. there was no notice on my door. I was gone for about ** minutes but my grandson who's **-years-old sat in the house for me 'til i got back! I called UPS appsrox. **:** PM and was told that the package would be delivered within the hour, i hung up at **:**PM after with her and the package hasn't been delivered. I called UPS again and a different representative told me that the driver tried to contact me by phone and got no answer - I've been sitting about a foot away from the phone and no one has called.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dushonna54@yahoo.com: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other UPS customers?
~dushonna54@yahoo.com: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
