~Chief: Have rec'd gold and silver proofs from Fulfillment Ctr repeatedly that should never have passed inspection. Returns slow to process & credit. Agree with JeffinOhio but experienced astounding arrogant employee attitudes. No apparent consequences to being abusive to customer* refusing to identify supervisor and worse. I am perplexed by lack of supervision & training. Perhaps the attitude toward customers is learned from the Supervisors who refuse to get on the phone.

~Chief: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Chief: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about US Mint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Chief: For that I would say one out of five.
