~unhappy masses: One thing to remember here is that you are dealing with the US Government. The do not remotely care about customer service. What ever they tell you is the way it is going to be and if you do not like, oh well. They process orders when they feel like it. I would advise using a private outlet to purchase these items. One that might actually value your business.
