GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's US Mint customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JeffinOhio: The individuals answering the phones are not rude per say, but they will not connect you with a supervisor. Frequently, you will be told that a supervisor will call you back or will email you (provided you give them your address), but this does not happen. The most common excuse encountered is that the representative's supervisor is "tied up" on a conference call, on another phone call, or can't be found. I'm unsure of why this is, unless the supervisors are persistently out on vacation.
