~Liz Williams: I opted for the call back and when they called back, I was placed on hold for over ** minutes. I also tried a live chat and that never happened either..on hold. I tried again to contact this number and was placed on hold for over ** minutes. Then I tried the chat again..over a * minute wait there also. I never heard a live voice.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USA Today. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USA Today problem?
~Liz Williams: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Liz Williams: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USA Today's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Liz Williams: For that I would say four out of five.
