~profitpak: So I have the paper delivered to to another person for * years.Suddenly the person stops getting the paper and I call to find out why. it turns out that they claim that they received a letter from another person to switch the subscription to themselves instead of the person intended for. So they do it,. Regardless of who pays for it and the information that the *nd person had to have had like my name and address and telephone number. so they claim the fixed it yet still not getting the paper. too much **** with this company. customer service is one of the worst I've ever seen
