~DD : was rear ended by one of there insureds ** yo son who had only been driving for about * mos. I have been driving for ** years. He left the scene of the accident, I had to chase him down the street, at which point after the police showed up he stated that he had not hit me the person he hit was in a red truck....my truck is blue....he has blue scuff marks in the fresh dents...and a police report that says he hit me, my claim was denied the will not fix my car.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting USAA. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a USAA problem?
~DD : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DD : I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about USAA's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DD : For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other USAA customers?
~DD : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for USAA to know who you are.
