GetHuman-103633: Re USAA member No. ****** I am writing concerning policy CIC VPP policy SCO and the bill in the amount of $**.**I sent back the July bill with notation that I wished to cancel by *******. On ******* I called to confirm that I wished to cancel this policy and after a long wait on the phone for an operator, I was told that I would be connected with the appropriate person to cancel, or they would call me back After another long wait on the phone, the call was disconnected and no one called me back.**This is to advise you that I do not wish this loss policy and to ask you not to send me anymore bills.
