GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-tramil2: My comment on the story: That's why we took a taxi instead. No way was I going to pay $** - $** for a regularly $** ride. Surge pricing shouldn't even be allowed.**Reply by Steven Primm (driver w* Uber Grand Rapids, MI): "That was your choice happy for you if your that poor maybe you should stay home."**I found this to be very rude and unprofessional for one of your drivers.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-tramil2: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tramil2: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
GetHuman-tramil2: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
