~Ayush: This going on since long now u guys are not responding also..*I have been charged again from my credit card and it is still showing **.** outstanding..*Also please explain how come my patym balance came to ** from ***.*I have all the proof that my ladt three payments were deducted fro mi credit card so how come it affected my paytm balance..*Attached is the screenshot that **.** is deducted from my card..*Please give me explanation of my patym balance deduction also last ride of ** was to deducted from mi credit card ..*I need explanation or else will have to use legal ways..*Also attached the screenshot of last two payments debited from my account and my bank confirmed that payment went through ...*If you guys want to continue ur name in the market so make sure you refund my money back because i am not going to deal with you guys anymore..or else will have to take out my money other way around spoiling ur image..

~Ayush: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ayush: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
~Ayush: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
