GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman680: This is the second day in a row where the driver cancelled on my girlfriend, but she was still charged. today, we were at the front door, and the driver cancelled and drove off *evidently didn't see us...* we got another one, ** minutes away. we were already late. Finally, this guy comes, and granted it was uberpool, there is NO NOTIFICATION that he MUST take the EXACT route...seeing as there might be traffic and might be an alternate route. I live at the bottom of the same street as the pickup this morning, i have heavy bags, and I AM WALKING WITH INJURY...this guy says he MUST take the route on his phone, and can't even drop me off even a QUARTER MILE AWAY. My girlfriend just informed me he is STILL charging HER for TWO people, even though i was kicked out of the car....freezing cold, heavy bags, limp, pain, ice....terrible service. this is the last time we are using uber unless there is some serious compensation.

GetHuman680: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman680: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman680: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
