GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Uber customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Hello there: You need to expand the slant of this. Have you been to Europe recently? They have a website called blabla.com. It is a ride share concept for people wanting to get from Chamonix to Paris, for example. It works quite well and easily. This way you are not impinging on taxi cab drivers. It is heavily based on reviews of the drivers and the passengers.**You also need to be much more accessible. Get a suggestion box. Look at Angie's List, they are getting it right.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Uber. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Uber problem?
~Hello there: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Hello there: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Hello there: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
~Hello there: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Hello there taken from his Uber customer service problem that occurred on November 18th, 2017.
