~Unhappy Driver: Uber needs **** call center reps for drivers and customers. The system is missing a very long ride I completed for a customer *** miles ($***) but there is no way to address the issue. Someone got paid, just not me. Minus * stars

~Unhappy Driver: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
