~Vishal Raj: I raised my concern to uber customer service regarding app issue for my login id. I was not able to book any cab and also my free rides were not available. I was also not able to user GRAB*** promocode. Customer service is too horrible. They are not replying properly.

~Vishal Raj: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Vishal Raj: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Vishal Raj: For that I would say three out of five.

~Vishal Raj: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
