When calling in the system doesn't work most of the time, and you can never get through to a human being.**I was once able to get into the queue to talk to a person and waited TWO HOURS on hold to finally reach someone who simply said "You have to wait for us to looks over your account, this can take several weeks". All while I have no money to live on. Whoever is managing the unemployment department simply doesn't understand or care that people rely on getting their benefits on time. **We have bill to pay and need food to eat. Get a grip on reality and fix this mess.
