~v45: Great trick on getting a representative quickly as I waited less than a minute on each call but terrible service.*I needed to find out if I could change the status of my flight for a buddy*companion ticket or did the airline's employee have to change it for me. I called a few times and on each call, they weren't able to assist me and redirected me to irrelevant departments.*Hard to communicate as the first woman spoke very terrible English and couldn't understand me at all. She answered my questions with random comments, never answering them! Very frustrating.

~v45: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~v45: For that I would say four out of five.
