~anonymous: needed a temporary medical card, called eligibility waited ** mins finally got a human she transferred me to the business department he said I needed to call eligibility back so I did another ** minute wait got a new person he said I needed business dep so he transferred me again. and again business said I needed to call eligibility so I did AGAIN... and AGAIN.. so frustrated. never got the card.
