~Jswan: I am so mad that I can hardly type! I am somewhat computer savvy, but it took an hour to update my child's Inno tab *S and to download a purchase game. The VTech download center is NOT user friendly! I finally stumbled across the place where I could down load the game. As for VTech's customer service, I tried twice to have them call me and never got a response. VTech is a "balls-up" operation!

~Jswan: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jswan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VTech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jswan: For that I would say five out of five.

~Jswan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for VTech to know who you are.
