~megs: My dad has been in the hospital for well over a month. in that period of time, i have experienced and witnessed some extremely poor treatment to my dad in Vanderbilt Hospital. they do not respond quickly when he is in alot of pain, and they are extremely rude to me when i am there to see him. his room has been extremely dirty since he arrived and he is treated poorly on a daily basis. no clean blankets, no warm food, and no ice water. it takes them well over ** minutes JUST to get him a pain pill. unacceptable.
